1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Pace Planner ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, calculator tools, and premium features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the application.

2. Account Registration & Security

To unlock custom GPX uploads, Garmin workout exports, and other Pro features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete email information during registration.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

3. Pro Lifetime Access & Payments

We offer a premium upgrade ("Pro Access") for a one-time fee of $10 AUD (discounted from $20 AUD). This upgrade grants you lifetime access to premium features associated with the registered account.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By choosing to purchase Pro Access, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method provided.

Since our digital products are unlocked immediately upon purchase validation, all lifetime upgrade purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Service Accuracy & Disclaimer

Pace Planner provides grade-adjusted pacing projections based on the Minetti energy cost formula and GPX elevation files. While we aim for maximum calculation accuracy, outdoor conditions, GPS satellite tracking error, barometric calibration, and individual athletic performance vary.

Disclaimer: The pacing plans are estimations and projections only. We do not guarantee specific race outcomes. You are responsible for monitoring your physical health and physical safety during any run or strategy execution.

5. Intellectual Property

All pacing calculation tools, UI designs, code elements, layout graphics, assets, and branding materials are the proprietary intellectual property of Pace Planner. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of any portion of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pace Planner, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including training injuries, fatigue, or hardware errors resulting from Garmin workout file exports) arising out of your use of the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post updates on this page and revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the app after modifications constitute your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
